Welcome to Bloom App. By using our app and services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Bloom App ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it.

3. Free & Premium Plans

Free plan: Includes gratitude journaling, daily affirmations, streak tracking, voice recording, and reminder notifications at no cost.

Premium plan: A paid subscription that unlocks additional features including vision boards, manifestation tools, ambient sound library, loop studio, airwaves streaming, and priority support.

You retain ownership of all content you create in Bloom App, including journal entries, affirmations, manifestations, recordings, and vision board images. This content is stored locally on your device.

We do not access, read, analyze, or claim any rights to your personal content.

The App, including its design, code, graphics, sounds, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Bloom App and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Sound Library

Premium subscribers may stream and download sounds from our library for personal use within the App. Sounds may not be redistributed, resold, or used in commercial projects outside of Bloom App.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Bloom App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements. The App is a wellness tool and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloom App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@heybloomapp.com.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
